Reginald “Andre” Andre is the visionary leader at the helm of ARK Solvers, a cybersecurity and IT company dedicated to addressing the unique needs of businesses and regulated industries, with a strong focus on compliance. Since 2010, his commitment and strategic acumen have propelled ARK Solvers into becoming a prominent IT solutions provider in South Florida.

With an impressive track record spanning over 19 years, Andre brings a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to the table, making him the driving force behind ARK Solvers’ remarkable growth.

Andre’s educational journey includes earning AS Degrees in Business Administration and Network Service Technology from Broward College. Notably, he has been recognized as a 40 under 40 honoree and his leadership has led ARK Solvers to be named The Fastest Growing IT Company in South Florida for three consecutive years.

Beyond his professional achievements, Andre’s commitment to his community shines through his roles as a member of the Broward College Foundation Board of Directors and as a co-founder of The Mavuno Project, an organization dedicated to raising awareness about human trafficking.

A Miami Gardens native, Andre, along with his wife, is a loving parent to two wonderful children.

Tania Andre

Business Development Director

As Co-owner of ARK Solvers, Tania Andre focuses on corporate partnerships, relationship development and brand management. Her internal goals are to establish the organization’s mission statement and overseeing business practices to make sure that those goals and values are met. She serves as the organization’s public face and convey the company’s mission to customers and the public. Prior to ARK Solvers, Tania has 15 yrs of experience in sales and marketing in the Multi-Family Property Management industry serving top Fortune 500 companies meet their goals.

Tania earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from Lee University. She is also the President of a not for profit organization “The Mavuno Project.”

Chief Operating Officer & Project Manager

Yoli is a trailblazer within our organization, serving as the first woman COO of ARK Solvers. She joined our team in 2014 as a computer technician and has since made remarkable strides. With her extensive experience, Yoli now oversees our daily operations and drives the fulfillment of our long-term objectives. Her main areas of focus include enhancing our business processes, elevating customer service standards, and ensuring the seamless technical delivery of our Managed Services. Yoli is deeply committed to achieving overall customer satisfaction, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Yoli’s educational background further reinforces her expertise in the field. She holds an AS degree in Network Service Technology and a BS degree in Technology Management from Broward College.

With her remarkable leadership and technical prowess, Yoli plays a pivotal role in driving the success of ARK Solvers.

Rouaa Elkhateb

Senior Engineer

Rouaa is a detail-oriented IT professional with over 10 years’ experience in Technical Support. Delivering remote service with strong interpersonal skills, dedication and commitment to excellence as well as innovative problem solving. She’s now an IT Support Engineer, tasked with a number of IT areas such as computer networking, cybersecurity, cloud migrations, policy implementation, working with Executive and Management Professionals on Infrastructure development, growth, and sustainability. Rouaa also specializes in Cisco and Ubiquity product lines.

Rouaa earned a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from AUST (WES Evaluated with GPA 3.43). She also holds CCNA & MCSE Certifications.

Betty Alvarez

Client Management Specialist

With over 20 years of Office Management and Customer Service experience, Betty ensures that the daily operations runs both effortlessly and smoothly. She works closely with the management team as well as assisting in many facets of the business including accounting, procurement, handling third party vendors, managing onsite technicians and other tasks. She takes ownership of client issues and follows problems through to resolution.

Betty earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a double major in Management and International Business from Florida International University.

Director of Accounts

Raul works closely with our sales and management team’s day to day operations. With a strong background in customer service, he helps facilitate sales opportunities and manages client relations alongside our Project Manager and CEO.

Raul is responsible to creating and executing content on social media for ARK Solvers, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and aspiring to have a Master’s in Digital Marketing and Customer Experience(CX).

Junior Support Engineer

Diovon is a productive self-starter who was recruited to work the front lines of the ARK Solvers Team. He brings with him 18 years of network and troubleshooting experience, working with Hotels like Fontainebleau in Miami Beach and The Palace in NY. Diovon provides onsite services to our clientele with attention to customer service. Diovon delivers prompt innovative solutions and is strong suited in his experience and knowledge. Diovon earned his AS Degree in Computer Science from ITT Technical Institute and Graduated with Honors.

Remote IT Helpdesk

Diana Zelaya is our Remote IT helpdesk providing support for hardware and software issues. As part of our Network Operations Center team, she is also in charge of monitoring critical network elements and engaging in proactive network system monitoring.

Diana started her career in IT in 2016 and has worked to provide support to field technicians, handling escalations, monitoring and has a strong customer service background. She plans to continue her education in cybersecurity.
